PRIVACIY POLICY 

This privacy notice applies to all operating companies of hotels managed by Milenium Grupo Hotelero Mexicano, S.A. de C.V., for the Personal Data they collect as data controllers in the provision of services related to each hotel. For more information about these hotels, please consult the “Milenium Destinations” tab at the top of this website. Please note that to exercise your ARCO Rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition) as provided by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you must contact the General Management of the hotel where the personal data was collected, at the address of each hotel specified on this website. 

PRIVACIY POLICY 

I. Identity and address of the data controller. MILENIUM GRUPO HOTELERO MEXICANO, S.A. DE C.V., with address at Calle José María Morelos 177 Pte, Piso 2 – 02, Colonia Centro, C.P. 64000, Monterrey, Nuevo León, is responsible for collecting your personal data. 

II. Personal data collected. The data controller may collect the following personal data, as well as documentation for its verification: name, address, telephone number, email address, if applicable, the credit and/or debit card information with which you authorized us to make the payment and/or reservation, Federal Taxpayer Registry number and tax address, a copy of your official identification, and your image and voice recorded by security cameras. 

III. Purpose for which your personal data is collected. Your personal data is collected for the following purposes, as applicable: 

1.- To provide you with our hotel and/or food and beverage and/or event services, and/or any of our other products and services; 

2.- To process any changes or cancellations you may request; 

3.- To send you quotes, promotions, and offers for our services and the services of hotels operated by Milenium Grupo Hotelero Mexicano, S.A. de C.V.; 

4.- To evaluate the quality of our services; 

5.- If applicable, to enroll you in our current loyalty program and send you related information; 

6.- To process reservations and/or payments for the services you have requested; 

7.- To compile statistics and records for internal use; 

8.- To compile statistics and records for internal use; 

9.- To maintain control and identification of individuals accessing our facilities. 

IV. Processing and Transfer of Your Personal Data. 

The processing of your personal data shall be carried out exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice. Your personal data may be transferred to a commercial representative or to a franchisor of any of our Hotels, within or outside the national territory, for processing under the same purposes and limitations set forth in this Privacy Notice, in compliance with an agreement entered into between the data controller and such commercial representative or franchisor. 

The data controller may transfer your personal data to companies within the same corporate group, provided that such entities maintain the same internal standards for the protection of personal data, in accordance with the terms authorized by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. It shall be understood that you consent to the processing of your personal data under the terms and limitations established in this Notice, unless you expressly state your objection. In the event that you request us to transfer any of your personal data to third parties for the purpose of making a reservation on your behalf, such transfer shall be carried out in compliance with your instructions. 

V. Exercise of ARCO Rights. You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to its processing or revoke the consent granted for such purposes (ARCO rights), by submitting a request that complies with the provisions of Article 29 and other applicable provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Such request must be submitted or sent to the data controller at the address indicated in this Privacy Notice.
