The incentive card will be issued after completing 10 qualifying nights, with a 500-point bonus. After the 10th night, 50 points will be awarded for each additional night within the same month. To qualify, the nightly rate must be $975 MXN or higher before taxes. Providing your membership number at the time of booking is required. Points apply only at iStay Monterrey, iStay Juárez, and iStay Victoria. Group bookings do not apply. Canceled or no-show reservations do not generate points.
